Either way, I commend any and everyone who is taking an interest in home ownership. In my opinion, real estate is the new bank. One of the safest and most rewarding places to put your money short term or long term. People often forget or don’t pay attention to the equity created in their home just by living there and paying the balance down. Ownership comes with a lot of responsibilities, but there are also a lot of benefits. Buying a home for the first time can be intimidating, primarily because for most individuals, it’s the single largest purchase they’re ever going to make.
